Why you have reached this page
For a while, this website used tags to identify the user interface elements that were covered in an article, e.g. “buttons,” “dialog boxes,” etc.
As part of a meta-data clean-up, all of these tags were removed, and the article categories reduced to only six, namely: Simple Things, Appliances, Computer Software, Documents, Services and Usability Basics.
Any pages that provided lists of all articles which contain a certain tag or one of the removed categories, have been removed as well. For the time being, however, these pages still appear in the results of online searches, including image searches, at Google, Bing, etc.
Since all of The UI Observatory’s individual articles are still online, you can find the pages that contain your search term by repeating your search directly on this website.
